Fees

All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable

We offer a bespoke service package for each client depending on their motive. Our standard lettings & rent collection fee is 13.2%, whilst full management is charged at a maximum of 20.4%, although this varies according to your requirements and agency basis.

Renewals - If the tenant chooses to renew their tenancy for a longer period of time than the original length then a fee of 13.2% for lettings & rent collection or 20.4% for full management applies.

Deposit registration fee - £72.00

Tenancy agreement fee - £178.80

Energy Performance Certificate if required (valid for 10 years) - £118.80

Gas Safety Certificate - £118.80

Inspections - £118.80
(Note: For managed properties, a visual inspection is conducted every 6 months by a member of our Property Management team as part of the service. This inspection fee is only applicable if the landlord requires additional visual inspection conducted by the inventory clerk for a detailed report of condition of property in comparison to the inventory report.)

Combined inventory and check-in - £238.80

Inventory - £154.80

Negotiating a mutual surrender if the landlord needs to terminate the contract before it’s expiry: £420.00

Withdrawal of agreed offer by landlord - There is an administration charge of £1500 should you withdraw your acceptance of an offer after your offer acceptance has been relayed to the tenant, and the tenancy application has been progressed to the referencing stage or beyond, providing this is not due to the tenant failing references.
