Why choose Harrisons?
We know our place. Canary Wharf, that is – like the back of our hands. Our experts have years of experience in this area of London that is constantly evolving, helping landlords to navigate the market and trade with confidence. Each member of our residential team has been with us for 5 years on average, growing with the company and giving them unparalleled exposure to property in Canary Wharf.
Trustworthy tenants. We work with hundreds of the world’s top companies to relocate their employees to London, from social media giants to retail conglomerates. These tenants are the most likely to pay the highest price, commit to the longest tenancies, and above all, look after your home.
Maximum exposure. Your property will be showcased on every major UK property website, including Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. Agents that opt not to advertise on Zoopla miss out on an estimated 40% of customers, which is why it pays to list with a range of portals. But we don’t just rely on web leads – we also have long-standing relationships with tenants, relocation agents and corporations, enabling us to secure strong offers for your property quickly.
Speaking from personal experience. We’re investors ourselves, and understand the variables that affect the return you make on your portfolio. By understanding your goals we can provide a comprehensive service from acquiring property assets, to arranging and managing tenancies, through to disposal, helping you to make decisions in line with macroeconomic trends and personal circumstances. Over 70% of our landlords in 2018 have opted to have us manage their properties on their behalf.
